Dijo que si se judicializa el tema se cobrar\u00e1 en 5 a\u00f1os y en ese momento estar\u00e1n las cenizas del IPAUSS.<br \/>\nRuiz opin\u00f3 que la propuesta del Senador Lopez sobre un aporte de los que m\u00e1s tienen para saldar la deuda \u00abes una locura, es un abuso.
